  • Blair Godsey

    Chief Executive Officer

    Blair brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, real estate development and investment. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the successful delivery of more than $400 million in construction and development projects across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. As CEO, Blair leads Altus' strategic direction, investment activities, financial operations and business development. His passion lies in recognizing opportunity, revitalizing underutilized properties and creating projects that strengthen the communities they serve for generations. Blair graduated from the University of Virginia and lives in Roanoke with his wife, Sally, and three children, Miles, Hampton and Teddy.

  • Nick Fox

    President

    Nick oversees Altus' construction operations, providing leadership across project management, business development, customer relations, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and field execution. Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical approach, Nick works closely with clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship. His hands-on experience, commitment to quality, and ability to build strong relationships have made him a trusted partner throughout every phase of the construction process. Nick is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and lives in Roanoke with his wife, Adria, and their two children, Elise and Henry.
